Included with every website

Responsive design, basic accessibility checks, page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, indexability setup and a launch check. Required policy and utility pages do not use your marketing-page allowance.

Initial SEO setup gets the site ready for search. An ongoing SEO plan is separate.

Hosting, domains and email

Purchased sites include the first year of hosting and technical care. After that, optional renewal is £120 per year. You can use another host. Content updates and new features are quoted separately.

Routine care covers hosting and SSL administration, backups and relevant security updates for the delivered site.

Use your own domain, or ask us to arrange one in your name. Registration and renewal fees are separate, with the price agreed first.

Email is available from £5 per mailbox per month. We agree your mailbox needs and limits before setup.

Agree the scope before the build

These packages are for business sites with a contact form. We quote separately for shops, custom apps and extra integrations. Timing depends on the agreed work, supplied material and review stages. No launch date is promised before those are agreed.

Questions about website pricing

Who owns the rented website?

UpLink SEO owns the website unless you buy it. You keep ownership of your supplied logo, photos and business material.

Can I buy the rented site later?

Yes. The standard three-page site costs £750 to buy. Rental payments pay for use and hosting and are not deducted. Expanded sites receive a separate buyout quote.

What happens if I cancel rental?

The website and hosting service end after your 30-day notice period. To keep using the site, agree a purchase and hosting arrangement first.

What happens after the first year on a purchased site?

Optional hosting and routine technical maintenance cost £120 per year. Content changes are quoted separately. You can choose another host.

Are domains and email included?

No. Domain fees are separate and agreed before purchase. Email is optional, from £5 per mailbox per month, with limits agreed before setup.

Does this include an online shop?

No. These packages cover business websites with a standard contact form. Online shops and custom apps need a separate quote.
