UpLink / SEO advice
What does an SEO service include?
A useful SEO proposal makes the work, limits and costs clear. Here is what to look for.
An SEO service should explain which parts of your site will be reviewed, written or improved. It should also state the cost, reporting and limits.
Google lists site reviews, technical advice, content and keyword research among services an SEO can provide. See its guide to hiring an SEO. An individual package may cover only some of these tasks, so check the scope.
A starting review and work plan
Our monthly plans begin with a review of your site and search priorities. We agree the pages and tasks to focus on before work starts.
That first review and plan sit within the agreed monthly fee. There is no separate standard setup charge.
Content and existing-page improvements
Content items are new articles, pages or substantial rewrites. At UpLink SEO, standard items are up to 1,000 words with one revision. Enterprise content allowances are agreed in the proposal, with unlimited revisions within the agreed brief before approval. You supply the business facts and approve claims.
Existing-page improvements use the content already there. They cover titles, descriptions, headings and internal links. A large rewrite counts as a content item.
| Plan | Monthly content items | Existing-page updates |
|---|---|---|
| Small Business | 2 | Up to 3 |
| Ecommerce | 4 | Up to 10 product or category pages |
| Enterprise | Agreed in your proposal | Agreed in your proposal |
These are each plan’s totals. They are not added together across tiers.
Technical and AI search work
The starting plans include technical checks. Practical fixes depend on access and the tools in your current platform. Major development and migrations need a separate quote.
All three plans include AI search work within the pages in scope. This covers clear answers, relevant structured data, internal links and access checks. It does not promise inclusion in an AI answer.
Reporting and costs you should check
Every month includes a plain report. Small Business includes email support. Ecommerce and Enterprise each include one review call.
Ask what sits outside the fee. At UpLink SEO, larger development, paid ads, publisher fees and third-party licences are separate. Ongoing Google Business Profile management is also a separate starting offer.
Compare the scope before the price
Our SEO pricing page sets out the full starting offers. One website is covered by each plan. All allow 30 days’ notice at any time.
If you need one piece of work, ask about a standalone project. You do not need to choose a monthly plan before speaking to us.
